This privacy and cookies policy describes the rules for dealing with personal data and the use of cookies on the website operating at: www.execon.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

  • PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR

    The administrator of personal data collected through the Website is Execon One Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-807) Al. Jerozolimskie 100, KRS 0000438623, NIP 522-30-00-519, Regon: 146365754 (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator). All personal data collected and stored on this Website are processed in a manner consistent with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC, General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as GDPR) and in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services. Each entity using the Website is its user (hereinafter referred to as the User).

  • THE SCOPE OF PROCESSED DATA

    For the purpose of providing services available on this Website, Users’ personal data are processed, in particular: an e-mail address, name, surname and telephone number, as well as other data, which the User may provide in connection with sending a CV via the Website. In addition, we also collect information contained in the system logs (e.g. IP address, date of connection with the website). This information is used for purely administrative and statistical purposes, not allowing the identification of an individual User. IP addresses are also used to collect general statistical demographic information about visitors to the Website. In accordance with the provisions of art. 18 par. 6 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204), Execon One Sp. z o.o. may be required to provide information contained in the access logs (including, in particular, the computer’s IP number) to the state authorities, authorized by law, for the purposes of their investigations.

  • PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – OBJECTIVES AND BASES
    Users’ personal data is collected when:
    • using the contact form (name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address).
    • sending a CV via the form ((data indicated in art. 221 of the Labor Code and other data indicated by the User in the CV, to processing of which they agreed in accordance with Article 221a of the Labor Code)

    Personal data are processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 point a) of the GDPR in order to fulfill the request submitted in the content of the contact form and to contact with the User; The data may be processed until the consent is withdrawn for processing by the User. The data may also be processed in order to present an offer (art. 6 par. 1 let. b of the GDPR) – if the inquiry sent via the form contained a request for an offer. Personal data are also processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 point f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest) in order to establish, assert or defend claims that may be raised by the Administrator or which may be raised against the Administrator and for statistical purposes. When using the Website, additional information may be downloaded, such as the IP address assigned to the User’s computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, operating system type, navigation data, including information about links which they choose to click or other activities undertaken on the Website. The data is processed for the duration of the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator – to improve the quality of services provided by the Administrator. Providing the data is voluntary, but their non-indication will result in the failure to achieve the purposes for which they are collected – for example, the lack of the possibility of sending messages via the contact form.

  • PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – the User’s rights
    • the right to request access to, correct, delete or limit processing of data,
    • the right to object to the processing,
    • the right to transfer data,
    • the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose,
    • the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body in relation to the processing of personal data by the Administrator.

    Personal data are collected with due diligence and are adequately protected against access by unauthorized persons. Your data will not be transferred to the territory of a third country or to an international organization.

  • PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – safety rules

    The protection of personal data is carried out using the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent their loss, destruction and damage, as well as unauthorized processing by unauthorized entities. In connection with the implementation of the privacy policy and care for the interests of the Website’s Users, we care about the correct and lawful processing of personal data, obtained only for specific purposes. We do not share or process data in a manner inconsistent with these purposes.

  • COOKIES POLICY AND BROWSER SETTINGS

    Cookie files (cookies) are small items of text information in the form of text files, sent by the server and saved on the side of the person visiting the Website. The Administrator may process data contained in Cookies when users visit the Website for the following purposes:

    • memorizing data from the contact form and CV form;
