Our work is based on three assumptions. Think. Above all it means understanding the needs of our clients. At this stage of cooperation, we put emphasis on proposing the best solutions to achieve the goals in the most effective way. Detailed analysis and well developed concept are fundamentals for the Make phase, when we focus on implementation of the assumptions. Go! is the stage of implementing the developed solutions and ensuring appropriate level of support. This approach allows us to provide the highest quality solutions that meet even the most complex expectations.

How do we work?
BeeTeaFlow

It is a process model focused on increasing the efficiency and quality of the site. The main task of this solution is to increase the conversion of web pages by using professional web analysis tools.

BeeTeaFlow is carried out in 4 steps:
Fix Agile

Fix agile is a team of practices created in Execon since 2015 based on cooperation with clients. For the first time, the methodology was used in 2015 for a client from the Public sector.

The methodology consists of 4 phases:

  • Idea - defining the direction of business activities and goals at a strategic level (eg 20% ​​of sales in the eCommerce channel). At a general level, the budget for the project should be estimated.
  • Initialization – translation of the strategic goal into activities. Decomposition of the target for sprints and revision of budget assumptions. Our experience shows that the accuracy of estimation at this stage can reach up to +/- 5%.
  • Implementation – splitting the project into 2-4 week sprints depending on the scale of the project. Each sprint has a clearly defined range to deliver (DoD - definition of done) each task. Each sprint ends with a review (review). Only completed tasks are subject to receipts.
  • Support – for the duration of the project, for the finished elements of the solution being produced, it is provided by the Project Team as part of the ongoing work (CAPEX). After the completion of the project, work carried out in accordance with the SLA.

    Only works completed and accepted by the client during Sprint Review are subject to acceptance.
  • Flexibility and T2M
    The project starts with the analytical phase. Common definition of requirements allows to match technical capabilities to business needs.
  • Know-how and potential of the supplier
    Access to the supplier's knowledge and potential is the same as for Fix Price - the project is implemented by the supplier, not a group of individuals from the supplier.
  • Team capacity management
    Teams can be scaled up and down depending on the needs and stream of requirements. All absences and management of staff turnover is on the part of the supplier.
