Artur Lempkowski

Founder, shareholder and CEO in Execon since 2012. Responsible for business growth and strategy. Artur has ~30 years of experience as a professional and IT and manager. From 2007 to 2009 he served as the Portals and Services Department Director in the unified structures of Orange Poland and the France Telecom Group’s matrix structure. Later, he became the Director of the Protypes and Services Division in Orange Labs. Artur is also an entrepreneur. He started Expectar and served as its CEO. He acted as an advisor to the Board in PGE Systemy and Qumak SA.

Krzysztof Krasnodębski

Data & Analytics Leader with 17+ yrs experience building and leading high-performing analytical teams across multiple verticals and locations. Data, Analytics & AI Practice Director in Execon. Skilled in data analytics, science, engineering, and product analytics. Demonstrated expertise in creating comprehensive data strategies for marketing, sales and performance within global roles. Proven ability to deliver custom analytics solutions, enhancing data-driven decision-making for both Fortune 500 and startup/scale-up companies.

Marta Prus-Wójciuk

Marta Prus-Wójciuk has been working at SAS since 2008, where she gained experience during the implementation of business solutions on the financial market by participating in the first implementations of CRM systems and detecting fraud in the insurance sector in Poland. Marta is the leader of the fraud area practice in Central Europe on behalf of Customer Advisory. During her career at SAS, she served as an analyst, chief analyst and team leader during projects implemented in banking, insurance, telco and commerce for the largest companies in Poland in many areas: CI, fraud and analytics.

Artur Skalski

Artur Skalski is an experienced manager and business solutions architect who supports SAS clients in building solutions using AI and advanced data analytics. He gained extensive experience participating in numerous SAS projects for clients in various industries and previously worked in the telecommunications sector and consulting companies. He is a co-author of the SAS Feature Manager patent and an enthusiast of modern technologies.

Grzegorz Przytuła

Grzegorz is a partner at EY-Parthenon within EY’s Transaction Advisory Services division, where he has spent nearly three years developing strategic advisory services. He has over 17 years’ experience working for international and local strategic consulting boutiques. During this time, he has worked with a number of leading Polish and international blue chip companies and private equity funds. His work has involved supporting clients in formulating and evaluating strategies, as well as making investment decisions (market analysis and commercial due diligence). Grzegorz graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in International Financial Management. He also holds a degree in Econometrics from the same institution.

Marcin Nadolny

Marcin Nadolny leads the EMEA Fraud, Fincrime & Data Science Practice for the Financial Services sector. He is a thought leader on fraud and is accountable for defining the go-to-market strategy, business development, and support of implementations with expert knowledge and fraud analytics. Marcin is leading a team of subject matter experts, business/solution consultants, and data scientists that help banks, insurers, and other financial institutions combat fraud and financial crimes in the digital world and improve detection across all areas, including all kinds of payment fraud, application/identity fraud, anti-money laundering, insurance claims fraud, insider threats. Marcin is an experienced anti-fraud expert but also a data scientist with huge expertise in machine learning applications in business. He has a strong background in banking and financial services and over 20 years of professional experience gained with SAS but also at PwC, Toyota Bank, and DaimlerChrysler R&D. Along his career, Marcin was leading fraud teams on the country and regional levels. He participated in numerous projects, being responsible for designing and deploying fraud detection strategies with the support of machine learning and network analytics. He built his first anti-fraud machine learning model in 2004 and was leading implementations of fraud detection strategies and machine learning models within SAS Enterprise Fraud Management deployments in the largest banks across Central Europe. Marcin graduated in mathematics from the University of Warsaw and also holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Computer Science from Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg in Germany.
