Under art. 13 para. 1 and par. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (general data protection regulation, GDPR), we inform you that:

3. Your personal data provided in this form (name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) will be processed in order to:
a) correspond with you in connection with filling out the contact form on the basis of granted consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 let.a), GDPR),
b) present an offer (Article 6 par. 1 let.b)of the GDPR) -if the inquiry sent via the form contained a request for an offer,
c) in order to pursue possible claims or defend against such claims, conduct activities in the field of direct marketing -the legal basis is the interest of the Administrator (Article 6 par. 1 letter f), GDPR).
4. Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to achieve the goal for which you agreed. The period of processing personal data may be extended each time for a period of limitation of claims, if the processing of personal data will be necessary toassert any claims or defend against such claims by the Administrator. To the extent that the data is processed in order to direct marketing content to you, it will be processed until you withdraw your consent or object to such processing.

You have the right to: access to personal data content, including the request for issuing their copy and correction, deletion of personal data (the right to be forgotten), restriction on the processing of personal data, the right to transfer personal data, the right to object to processing personal data, including profiling and for direct marketing purposes, to withdraw consent in the event that the Administrator will process your personal data based on consent, at any time and in any way, without affecting the legality of the processing that has been carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
7. You have the right to object to the processing of personal data in order to direct marketing content to you. In addition to the processing of personal data for purposes arising from legally justified interests of the Administrator, you have the right to raise objections for reasons related to your special situation.
8. Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, not providing the data will make it impossible to achieve the purposes for which the data is collected.
